Since I began playing ss4, I came up across several bugs and "wtf" stuff. Bugs are actually pretty uncommon in samurai shodown 4 if we compare it to game like kof, but there still some showing up once in a while. If could be funny sometime cranking some video out of this.
-Galford can block the last hit of sogetsu 14 hitter
-Basara last hit on his simple 4 hitter on beginner grade can be blocked
-If you do the rage explosion with slash kyoshiro just when your opponent is about to get throw out by the frog (qcf+s), he'll dissapear and only a small animated cloud will remain on ground. He will remain like that until Kyoshiro do the move again.
-Sometime (happened to me on galford), when gaira does his kill move, the upper body will remain here (usually suppose to explode)
-In you do hanzo kill move godly fast, sometime he will just get trought his opponent and nothing will happen, sometime he'll put the explosive but the body will remain intact.
-Sometime if you do the issen while being hit immediatly after, the slashing spark will appear but the background won't change, and the issen will do no damage at all.
-If you hit someone on the back with some moves while he's still in the issen motion, you'll get the full issen damage.
-Zankuro and Gaira get stunt by kazuki 11th and 12th hit of his 14 hitter.
-If slash galford follow up a reversal shadown replica just after his overhead puppy teleport on someone standing on corner, he'll disappear in the corner of the screen.
-Basara can be juggled in air after certain move done on his back, mostly fireball.
-If slash amakusa get hit while his opponent is lifted in air by his qcb+s, the move will stop and his foe will remain in air for a while. With some moves, this can last several minutes.
-While using beginned grade, if the cd buttons are cross linked with start, you can perform the 14 hitter with certain characters.
-I'm not sure on how to do this again, but sometime, when trying to do the false cd cancel with certain moves, the character doing it will be magically thrown at the far edge of the screen.
-I once tried to cancel bust tamtam close standing B with his bite move while bust rimururu tried to do a move and she frozen in corner.
-Yesterday while fighting Shift (he had slash kyoshiro), I tried to do Jubei unblockable standing C (using AB trick) while he was getting up, and I think he tried to run, and then his char wouldn't stop running and it was impossible to hit him.
-When bust jubei does his super move, if his tackle is parried just a bit too late, the character parring it will froze for some moment, will loose his weapon but his hp will remain intact.
-In Slash jubei or tamtam do their rage explosion while their opponent is still raising in air (when they get hit by either of their super), their rage gauge will be emptied at once and they wont be able to enter rage mode.
-If slash sogetsu end up killing his opponent with his weapon taunt and it end up being a no contest, if you do his kill move he'll just dissapear... and then reappear again (beleive this or not, I actually pulled that in a real match).
-Zankuro super will do twice damage if done on the back at a certain distance.
-If slash haomaru super get cancelled by the rage explosion by his opponent (only work with certain characters) while they are very close from each other, haomaru won't get pushed away and he'll just finish doing his super, allowing his opponent to go for a free issen.
-If hanzo is buffering his shuriken move just after his teleport, the shuriken won't hit even if his opponent is not blocking.
-If the first set of bust jubei super is blocked, the first hit after the tackle won't harm the opponent even if he's not blocking anymore (you'll still heard the spark sound).
