Suija's Skills Are Very Accurate! I Loved It. I can't wait to play him Vs My Uyko. It will be like a Tug Of War with a lot of Slash Reflecting Sounds and a Sword Cancel... That's a part of What I like Samurai Showdown the most. It sounds so cool when that happens during the match.
Genjuro At The Final Match Vs TamTam... A Nice [Dash+C=Parry]~[A+B+C=Rg]~[A+B=Strong Slash]. I was impressed that he shows a slight fake before Rage Explosion.
I hope to hear other opinion from you guys.

Thanks for posting those matches p100q. This is all this board is about, discussing samurai shodown at it's best. As for those matches, I really enjoyed watching them. As usuall, the japanese are quick at mastering any new games comming out in their territory. I particulary liked the poking game at the corner in one on genguro matches, and his good use of the D button. Suija was indeed a good show, but his acrobatic was smoked by a Genguro who played to win. Imo, the whole tourney was a very good display of controlling, something the Japanese are so good at. There seems so be a tiering that is slowly starting to show up there, characters that are more used than others (thinking about rera, kuse, haomaru, ect.). But the game is relatively new so they would hardly had the chance to explore them all. It's rather unsettling how many of those tournament matches are ending close to a timeout. Player don't seems to be willing to take risk until the very end of the matches, which is a good strategy in tournament. Keep posting matches peoples.

These guys are extremly good! It's nice watching experts play. These guys played as if they could predict each others moves.

I forgot to add a feedback on how Yonutsora did well in this final match Vs Genjuro. I belive that he was unlucky that he lost the match. He did 5 Sword-Cancel move during the match with Genjuro which could've been a huge damage.
I hope to hear from other memebers about that if anyone is interested in discussing that Final Mathch Clip.
Thanks

That was some interesting match vids. But I dont like how they all make it into a poke poke, run away hide in the corner game. I can understand why with the lack of set ups and combos, but still. And that rera that kept running away while time was ticking, thats just dirty. But hey, if its for money and/or prize, whatever goes I guess. But it wouldn't be fun for me to play that way, do anything just to win. But thats just me. I'm like Vega from Street Fighter, I want my fights to be beutiful
